Four day Chinese food tastes just as good...

So I think I have food poisoning. Oh well... that's life. Everyone gets food poisoning once in their life right?

I hope I get better before the Jersey trip. Being on a plane with food poisoning can't be good. Maybe I'll just OD on pills. That's always a good idea...

I was supposed to go with Tina and Lara to LAX to drop off Ari... but I felt like shit, and I couldn't make it at all. I had to call Joel to pick me up from Ari's apartment. Thanks a bunch Joel. I really do appreciate it.

Joel also gave me the new TBS CD. I'm excited. Now I can know the words for the Warped Tour.

Taking shots is fun. Shots of medicine of course. It's not even Pepto-Bismol... it's a Sav-On knock off... no matter.

Hey Tina... I Ain't Askin' You To Read This

Yesterday I went to a concert with Michelle. I picked her up and we rocked out everything from Taking Back Sunday to Wheatus to Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. We went to The Chain Reaction in Anaheim... which I must say is quite the hole in the wall. Not that nice of a venue... but it wasn't that crowded. It was kinda cool that they hung all these band T-Shirts on their walls.

The first band was DOWN TO EARTH APPROACH, the new Vagrant band. They were pretty good actually. The second band was NORTHSTAR, and they were hella good as well. They played For Members Only, my favorite song... so yay. The third band was The Jealous Sound. This was the third time I've seen them, and easily the best. The singer reminds me of Lex Luther still... but hey, I guess all bald white guys do. Piebald was so fuckin' fun. They put on a great show. They have a great time up on stage. They invited a kid with a little shaker to come up on stage and shake with them. I think I'm gonna do that from now on. Maybe I'll be the first kid in San Diego. The drummer had my dream drumset. C&C Custom Drums, with baby blue and white glitter glossy. OOOOOOOOH. So pretty. I was thinkin' maybe yellow and blue, ya know... Michigan colors. Piebald also played KINGS OF THE ROAD which is Michelle and my song, so we were both pretty happy.

Stupid ass girl started "playing the drums" on my arm during the end of NORTHSTAR... maybe because she saw me playing my air drums on my sides like I always do at shows. Ignant bitch.

I was pretty lucky my car was still there when we got back. I didn't think it would be.

Finding gas in Encinitas at 12:30am isn't that easy. I went to 76, then Shell, and had to settle on ARCO. Bitches...

Got this off of the TAKING BACK SUNDAY site... everyone should fill it out.

Birthday: I was born on November 11th, 1985 in cold old Michigan.

Whats in your cd player right now? In my truck right now, I am actually listening to TAKING BACK SUNDAY's TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS. In my CD player at home I have RILO KILEY, THE BEATLES, ELTON JOHN and the latest KARADIOS (I lost count, sorry Joel.) and I plan to add in CLARITY by JIMMY EAT WORLD today.

How much money is in your wallet? $40 even. 2 twentys. I have a lotta other shit in there... pictures, business cards, a buncha stuff.

What do you have under your bed? Umm, a single mattress, some old comic books worth a lotta money hopefully, and some POGS I believe.

If you could get a tattoo, what would it be of and why? It would be the first drum beat that I ever wrote... which I am very proud of by the way. heh

What is your favorite deli meat? Hmmm... I'd hafta say thinly sliced salami. My aunt gets really good salami from VONS I believe. It's fantastic

Pets: None, but I desperately want a bulldog named MR. FEENY

What band should everyone listen to: The Get Up Kids... jamon

Have you ever pissed your pants? Yeah... I remember back in Kindergarden I did. Back then we were required to bring a change of clothes with us and leave it at school just in case you needed to change after an 'accident'. So I left those in my cubby. After I pissed my pants (which is the COOLEST, apparently) I changed my pants, and put the wet pants back in my cubby. All I remember after that was my baby blue MEAD notebook... because name MEAD, written in black, had smeared with the blue because it had become wet. Lovely imagery, no?

Do you work out? Heh, um... no. Maybe like once a month if that. Bad Tommy... does softball count? not even a little?

How many pringles can you fit in your mouth? I bet I could fit a lot in there... I've never really tried reaching my maximum capacity. That's a good question though. It would have to be the original or the salt and vinegar. I don't like the other flavors... not one bit. PS: Sour Cream and Onion chips are disgusting... and kind. Same with BBQ. Ugh

Who is more cute, Laryen Hill or Macy Gray? I'd have to say Lauryn Hill is. Macy Gray always looks high, and I mean, look at that 'fro! That ain't pretty.

What Disney Charatcher do you resmble the most? Wow, it's like this question was made for me! I think I'm gonna hafta go with BALOO. I don't know why, it just feels right.

Where you named after anyone? Tom Brokaw and Tom Selleck. I am more proud of Tom Selleck than I am of Tom Brokaw. That dude is a goon. I don't like his voice and I don't like listening to him on the news. Tom Selleck is dashing.

Bagles or English Muffin? Hands down, bagels. I love bagels... especially onion and/or sesame

Pick one: truck stop bathroom or campground outhouse? Ummm... I'm gonna go with campground outhouse, cuz I'd feel dirty anyway from camping, so a little more dirt won't hurt.

What kind of dinosaur is your favorite? Well when I was a kid, my favorite was the Stegasaurus and the Triceritops. I don't really know... I think I'm gonna hafta go with the Stegasaurus. I like those stupid ones that would run and ram the other with their head. Those woulda been entertaining to watch.

Favorite Seinfield Episoide: Um, I enjoy the LOW TALKER episode, as well as the finale, and one of the funniest scenes is when Jerry is going out with the native american girl, and almost makes a comment about INDIAN GIVING, and wants to say that he made RESERVATIONS at a restaurant, but doesn't think it would be appropriate. Funny show, that Seinfeld. Very funny show. (I'm sure I am missing one that I love)

Have you ever not payed a parking ticket?

Nope... not yet!

Would you rather be put to death by them playing the song “Who Let the Dogs Out” or “Like a Virgin”?: Definitely LIKE A VIRGIN. I don't like the BAJA MEN at all, and that song is horrible. Any song in which three black guys are barking shouldn't be a hit. I'm sorry.

Golden Girls or Mama's Family?: I think I prefer MAMA'S FAMILY. Golden Girls just isn't for me. Every time I see them I get a hankerin' for raisins.

Ten Minutes to Downtown, is Ten Minutes Too Far

The Civic Tour was last night. Earlier in the day I went with Tina, Lara and Ari to go buy me another track jacket. I think I am going to call the three of them Tinlari... collectively. is it wrong that I just thought of Nitooooon?

So I picked up Ursula, then we met Micah, then picked up Michelle. We met up with Joel and Fawn at the show during Val Emmich. We had really good seats. The best I've ever had at a show. We were in the front row, well actually the eighth row, but 1-5 is considered the pit I guess, and they don't let anyone sit in 6 and 7, so we got to sit, with a completely unobstructed view. From now on, at COX, I am goin' for Row 8 right away.

Val Emmich wasn't too bad. His voice reminded me of the singer of THE CALLING and CREED (R.I.P.)

The Get Up Kids didn't play nearly long enough... only seven songs. But they were all very good. I think they are great live.

Thrice wasn't too bad. There were definitely a lot of Thrice fans there. I like the fact that they do charity shows and donate the money to a new charity. Also, 10% of their CDs goes to a different charity each time. That's great to hear. They do scream a whole lot, which I don't remember from last time.

Dashboard was pretty damn good too. I like how he threw in I WOULD KILL FOR THE ATLANTIC BUT I AM PAID TO MAKE GIRLS PANIC WHILE I SING during one of his songs. He played the first verse of JAMIE then just stopped and told us to go to a Weezer show to hear the rest of it. Little fucker. I think DC puts on a great live show.

Afterward we went to get me some tea from the gas station off Carmel Valley. I was sneezing and coughing throughout the show. It wasn't pretty. Not at all. We then went to Taco Bell, and I dropped everyone off.

Couldn't sleep at all last night. Couldn't stop sneezing and coughing, my nose wouldn't stop running... and I couldn't breath out of my nose. It's funny how my nose is runny, yet stuffed at the same time. I mean, you'd think it would all run out after a while!

Who ate us? HI-ATE-US

Speaking of hiatus... I'm gonna be done for a while. I'll tag on somebody's board when I decide to come back. Especially when the summer starts, my blog will become completely pointless. If you wanna talk to me, call me or IM me.
